Maybe not atm with a 120mm fan on the CPU heatsink but if the cooler was passive then I suspect having a 92mm blowing external air directly over the passive heatsink, it might make a significant contribution. I know that the 80mm I've got blowing at my AsusNE7600GS512TOPSILENT makes a difference to that....
