I've not seen any projectors with TV tuners in them.
There should be loads of different connection options though. They usually have VGA, composite, s-video, components and now DVI and HDCP. So basically everything but a tuner.
If you want TV on it, get a Freeview set top box, or a VHS recorder. Tune the VHS to the analogue TV and then hook it to the projector with s-video or composite.
