| Have you tried cotrol panel> administrative tools>computer management>Disk Management & try & re-assign the drive letters. You'll have to do it in both o/s's.
Not saying it will work, but worth a stab. I have 32bit XP Pro & 64bit Vista Ultimate dual booting ok. Both as c drive.
