The first post in this thread still stands true and i think another post was much needed to further clarify the situation.
The decision to charge a fixed £5 no matter how much you spend or however many components make up your order (Please note the charge is PER ORDER) is a special privilege/incentive which has been extended to only HEXUSITES and nobody else is eligible or qualifies for this privilege.
Now because this is a special setup for Hexus members therefore website or the retail store follows their normal procedure on pricing etc. So, if you would buy an item under normal circumstances you would be charged normally like anybody else. So to avail the special privilege you would need to COMMUNICATE the fact that you are a HEXUS member with the name by which you are known at HEXUS and then the transaction would be dealt according to the special terms which have been setup for the HEXUS members only. So for example, if you want the item to be shipped out to you, you can order it over the phone. Same thing applies for Reserve & Collect as well. If you are visiting our shop, you can again show a printout of the components which you are interested in buying and follow the procedure stated above. So, in all the above cases you can avail the special benefit for yourselves provided you communicate that you are a HEXUS member.
Also before proceeding with the transaction according to the special terms, existence of your hexus membership would be checked and verified.
