Sweet Guide man. In my testing I've noticed I have to disable peci for benching and stress tests. Also probe and AI give really flaky messages and cpu temps.
I dont use AI.
I just use Asus Probe for keeping a rough idea of NB temps, and some voltages.
As far a PECI is concerned, I always turn it off, as I havent ever found a use for it, but I have seen a few people insist that it should be left on. I would be interested to see exactly why though.
