If I come to your store and you have one set up so I can see it working, do I then have to leave the store, "collect and reserve" it and then come back to get the web prices? And pay an extra £5 as well as having to leave, order and come back?
If you don't have one set up, and I "collect and reserve" it online, can I then return it under the Distance Selling Regulations?
Finally, I'm baffled - surely it's "reserve and collect"?!
