The answer to your first question is YES. You would pay a total price of £99.95p if the price of the component you want to buy on our website is £94.95 inc. vat before any delivery charges. So basically you would pay £94.95 Inc. VAT + £5 (Available for HEXUS members only) = £99.95.
Secondly, RMA is totally upto your convinience . If you would like you can return directly to our store for RMA purposes or alternatively you can post the faulty component for RMA purposes to us aswell.
