I've been a fiddling....not the naughty kind, nor the 'while Rome burns' kind, but rather the 'trying so hard not to kill my computer kind'

What I'd like to know is why my RAM is showing up in CPU-Z as
CAS# 32
RAS# to CAS# 5
RAS# Precharge 2
Cycle Time (Tras) 12

When it's set to manual 4-4-4-12....

SPD tab has it down like this
SPD
---

Module Size 1024 MBytes
Max Bandwidth PC2-6400 (400MHz)

Frequency 400 500
cas 4 5
RAS 4 5
RAS 4 5
Tras 12 15
Trc 24 30
Command Rate 2T 2T

so what's going on?
