No, I'm running XP (oooooh, with 4Gb RAM too), aiming to upgradge to something 64 in the near future.
Ram is Crucial 2 x 2GB kit (1GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400.
Just working my way towards 1:1....
At least that is sorted. I'm surprised you havent had more odd problems with xp and 4gb!
