Is it stable with either pair of memory installed?
I would suggest you test all 4 DIMMs individually with Memtest (
www.memtest.org) with the timings and voltage set manually to the PDF spex. You should run the test for 3-5 passes each. With Memtest, disable USB Legacy Support just for the testing as there is a conflict with this setting and Memtest.
