i ordered £1300 worth of equipment and was told there was a surcharge of a further £25 because of my postcode (county durham-mainland uk) which YOYO gracefully waivered, and as for a deal forget it, the deal i got was we will waiver the excess surcharge!
On a good point i found that Courtney (technical dept) was very helpfull and was the the only competant member of staff i spoke too. Thank you Courtney for your time and patience!
