I have the same problem with my N5200Pro, it works for a while, then drops one of the disks. I have to go to RAID, then add the dropped disk as spare and Add to RAID. It will then rebuild the disk, takes a while depending on the amount of data on the RAID. My problem is that the disk is dropped again at least once a week. I have replaces the disk two times, it still happens, so must be something wrong with the NAS. I want to get it replaced!
