The unit is on 24/7, with lots of read/writes. I just lost a disk Yesterday, the Disk web page says that one disk has a warning with Pending sectors. I rebooted the system, and no errors. I'm adding the disk to the RAID again now. The problem is that I have changed this disk two times now, and it's always that bay that is the problem. Thecus will look at it, but not sure if I will get a fix. I'm wondering if I should by another NAS from another company, I cannot live with this one! What is regarded as the best 4/5 bay NAS system out there ?
