It's up to you, there are a few niggles with the board as I've mentioned , but the biggest issue of clocking has been removed. As i've also said i'm quite impressed with Guru OC panel. Have also got my highest fsb on an x38 last night

Many new boards need some tweaking & learning before they become stable., it goes with the territory of being an early adapter. The original QuadGT & the Ip35-pro both had issues initially.
Have just moved it into my case today, going from Air to water, hopefully tommorow will see how it goes
I doubt that you'll get the Asus Maximus Formula SE as it's now discontinued. see
I was told yesterday that the maximus is now EOL, so anyone that returns a faulty one, wont get a maximus in return, unless the place they got it from has left over stock - not the greatest support really!
