Edit -> What I was referring to is whether Intel can manage to achieve what it wants (and what
we want) with Nehalem. The technical challenge of blending the best aspects of Core2 and the best aspects of AMD's current processors is astounding. AMD has obviously struggled with clock speed - and therefore performance - with it's latest CPUs, and the power consumption is higher than we would have liked. Will Intel have the same or similar problems...?
