That's what it did to me too - bought a 1000 point, a 300 point and a 100 point but it wouldn't give me the code for the final one until tomorrow.

Must haves? Zelda (Ocarina) and Mario 64 on the N64... Though be prepared for basic graphics and non too great frame rates (especially in Zelda). Maybe Yoshi's Sotory and Paper Mario too.
Other recommended titles:
If you never had a Turbografx / PC Engine then you might be suprised how good the shooter games are on there - Blazing Lasers (AKA Gunhed), Dead Moon, Gate of Thunder, Soldier Blade and Super Star Soldier. The conversions of R-Type and Ninja Spirit are very close to the arcade version but if you have them elsewhere they probably aren't worth a separate purchase.
Yet more good shooters are the two Treasure games - Gunstar Heroes (Megadrive) and Sin and Punishment (N64) and though I've never played it I've heard Dynamite Headdy is supposed to be good too (more of a platformer that one I believe).
Act Raiser is a good SNES game though beware - the only SNES game I've purchased (Super Mario World) will not work on my TV... The SNES emulator appears to switch the Wii into a weird video mode. I'm told it will probably work if I switch back to composite instead of component but I can't be doing with that (maybe if I had an RGB cable to try). Other good SNES games are Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2, Super Mario World, Super Probotector, Super Catlevania IV, Super Metroid, Zelda (A Link to the Past)
I never had a NES so I'm not a big fan but having said that Super Mario Bros. 3 is meant to be very good and the old Zelda games may be worth digging up.
Bomberman 93 (Turbografx again) is great if you play the battle mode with friends.
Ghouls 'n Ghosts (Megadrive) isa good arcade conversion.
Neutopia and Neutopia II (Turbografx) are pretty decent old school RPGs (quite like early Ys games)
Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (Megadrive) and Kirby's Ghost Trap (SNES) are both versions of Puyo Puyo - a respectable Tetris / Dr. Mario style game.
On the racing game front F-Zero, F-Zero X and Mario Kart 64 are all good...
What else... The "Shining" RPGs on the Megadrive are meant to be good (never played them first time around myself).
Military Madness (Turbografx) is very simplistic but is basically where Advance Wars (GBA / DS) began. It's also rock hard (you have been warned)...
I could go on... All in all Nintendo have chosen pretty good games all round (though there is still some crap on there IMO)
