True, in training, no carbs after 6:30 /7:00pm
I like a nice tasty chinese style soup, plenty of veg, oyster &/or sh!take mushrooms (buy in bulk dried) & maybe some prawns/chicken/pork in there to keep hunger at bay.
Some grilled steak/chicken/venison with roast vegetables.
My fave, baked turkey leg. So cheap, so tasty. Wrap in foil with herbs/tandori masala/wine/whatever & bake for an hour. Have with steamed veg.
Fish Curry, always a winer, cook without ghee, use extra virgin rapeseed oil.
