I think that you should go running everyday too, and eat a small protein based meal in the evening. And leave 2 hours before sleeping.
Its worth eating something small every 3 hours - I'm not saying eat more food just eat the same amount spread out over more meals. It is very good for your metabolism (and hence fat burning).
Make sure you get enough carbs (and fruit) in the morning and at lunch - too little carbs is worse than too much in the long run.
Green tea is meant to be good for fat loss/metabolism too
