Re: low carb evening meals

Good to hear it. I'm on a health regime now too (thirteen weeks of gym, three times a week) only today benched 60kg having started with the meagre bar at 20!!

It kind of depends on what type of gym work you're doing. If you're a fish eater that's great; otherwise chicken and turkey are good too. Quick and easy meal would be something like a seared steak on a bed of salad with pine nuts and a home made dressing. If you're feeling really extravagant have some whole-meal bread with that. If you want to spice it up a bit make you're own dressing but just don't buy one!

Suggest you grab a copy of Men's Health, it's packed with recipes and food suggestions over this festive period. tbh all the issues are fairly similar so don't worry about getting it continually.

Green tea is. Essentially it's an antioxidant (basically stops furring up in your arteries) like most things with the word berry after it and wine - the best reputed to be pomegranate juice.
