I am like everyone else dissappointed by the performance but the spindown or lack of is the real killer for me! Very much in 2 minds with what to do at the mo as it is technically working ok now. Will there be a spindown function added, if so I would keep hold of the unit.

The unit will not connect now!! Cant access web GUI as it just says log in timed out everytime I login AND try to connect by smb nothing, try to connect by afp and says can't connect due to read write error on disk. Like I said above its being ok for about 2 weeks of limited use but as soon as I try and use it for a couple of days in a row it flakes out on me. Going to return this piece of crap for sure now!!
