It's fairly straightforward.
Use DPGTools, load up DPGenc, select the video you want to encode, change the horizontal pixel size to 256 (instead of 128), and hit 'encode'. My first one, I didn't know about the 256 pixel thingy, but the small text in the error said something about not having 256 horizontal pixels. So I changed it!
Just stick the file anywhere on your SD card, and browse to it and run it the same way as an MP3 (through Multimedia).
