I already have it connected via optical with same result

EDIT - I dont have power dvd g4z. I had it on my laptop and it had a laod of ****e with it which slowed the laptop down (as you can see in my sig i dont have a weak laptop) so i took it off and all problems went away so would like to keep away from it. I use VLC alot now.
