How to remove dust from my shots?

basically was playing around with the camera, and i shot a few pics just inside my room at different apertures.
I startet f/3.5 then f/11, then f/16 then finally f/22

when reviewing them on the pc, the pic at f/22 was SO SO dirty (like you could see dust marks) in comarison to the one at f/3.5
now i know that is fairly normal and to be expected, but is there any way to reduce the dust marks.
I even tried cleaning the lenses with a microfibre cloth and the shutter..

i've installed the canons software disk and thought there was a program in there that helps eliminate this, but i couldnt find it.

I also tried dust delete data, but it said "could not obtain the data"

here is the pic at f/22:

Many Thanks
