Lost lid request still unacknowledged.

Hello,Ive read the sticky posted by Yellowbeard in the request of a new lid for my 4gb flash voyager and have not received any reply or confirmation from my email headed "Flash Voyager".Iam located in UK.Is it possible I can get help in this regard as I do use my voyager alot and would like to ensure the continued working of the product.
