Personally, I find a Hot Piri Piri sauce the right combination of spicy and flavoursome. Others will disagree and say it has to be infernally hot and these have to be ordered from special websites normally.

Another tasty alternative is to top the steak with salsa, a few tortilla chips and melt some cheese over the top.
