Is it me or the 8800 performs abnormally bad it seems as if it's even worse than the 8600GTS on some occasions
The article states a few times its the faster card of the NV contenders but according to the Hexus review its slightly better than the 8600!
Now that doesn't sound right, does it?!
Either there's something generally wrong with the review or I'm simply too tired (swimming is hard).
Anyway, there doesn't seem to be any excuse not to be excited by NV's (complicated) good performing mid-range although the entire 9-series is a complete joke.At least the 9600 follows in the footsteps of its predecessors (excluding the 8600):the 6600 and 7600 as being
the best middle class card.
