I've just cleaned the computer, and made it dust free. The idle temps dropped pretty much.
This is on stock speeds because the temp when overclocked is to high.
Idle:
CPU =38 c
core 0=48
core 1=48
core 2=44
core 3=45
Load (with OCCT)
CPU =55
core 1=67
core 2=67
core 3=62
