There is no need to be offensive.

I suggested that you sync your contacts with outlook because that suits most people who have MS office installed.

If you don't have outlook, or you would prefer not to use it, then there is a simple contacts editor built into PC suite. Once you have established a connection with your phone (via Bluetooth, IR or a USB cable), open windows explorer and you will find a Nokia phones path under My Computer. Drill down to your phone, and under that you should find your contacts. You can then edit each contact directly.
