Lightbulb Performance DDR3 help needed (pls)

Hiya folks...

My build so far consists of the following: QX9770, XFX nForce 790i ultra mainboard, XFX 9800GX2 XXX, WD Velociraptor (pre-ordered), Corsair HX1000W, and other bits n pieces... It now comes down to the RAM modules...

There are several questions which I am looking for clarification and suggestions on and your advice is greatly appreciated...

I am looking at putting in 2x2GB modules to give me an initial 4GB of ram. The kits I am looking at are:

Corsair Dominator 2x2GB
(A) TW3X4G1800C8DF - PC3-14400 - 4GB Kit - 8-8-8-24

Corsair XMS3 2x2GB
(B) TW3X4G1600C9DHXNV - PC3-12800 - 4GB Kit - 9-9-9-24
(C) TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX - PC3-12800 - 4GB Kit - 7-7-7-20

Now here comes my sticking point...

1. I am looking to OC the RAM upto 2000MHz via EPP2.0; however only (B) mentions support for EPP, do the other modules support EPP2.0?

2. Is there any advantage in OC-ing to 2000MHz if I go for (A), as I'm sure the latency will go up too?

3. When will (A) be available in the UK? I can get it now from the continent for about £300, which brings it in just under £400 with any import tax.

4. Will (A) be better value in the long run? as I understand it, I can only OC the RAM with 2 slots in use, therefore if I add a further 4GB at a later date, these will run at a stock 1600MHz?

I am kinda new to OC, so I was hoping that the EPP support the mainbaord gives me will be a gentle introduction to the arena...

Anyway, any advice is appreciated...

Many Thanks, Chris.
