The standard package is 8mb, Premium is 16mb and Ultimate is 20mb (not an option for you). All are uncapped, unlimited use with a free wifi router and free connection if you sign up before the end of June.
Im pretty sure you dont need to wait any specific period of time, just get a PAYG sim, put credit on and then call them to get broadband. They'll just ask for your mobile number whilst you're on the phone to them and send you a text - you just read the number back to them and the discount is yours. You need to put £10 of credit on the PAYG sim every 3 months at a minimum, thats it!
