Cannot map non-public folder as network drive on N5200

Hi,

I am trying to map a non-public, non-browseable folder on my N5200BR. I have created a user and changed the ACL settings for the folder so that the user and the "users" group have full write access. Later I would like to restrict access to only a few users, once I have this working.

Here is how I tried to map it (using Windows XP Pro, with latest updates):
1. Windows Explorer > Tools > Map Network Drive
2. Select drive letter, Type "\\N5200\myfolder"
3. Click the "Connect using a different user name" link and enter username/password previously created.
4. Click Finish. Then I get the dialog box shown here:

5. No matter what I enter at the dialog box, it keeps popping up until I hit cancel, even using the "admin" user or the "sys" user (from SYSUSER module).

However, if I set the folder to be public, I can map the network drive without ever clicking "Connect using a different user name" or going throught any username/password prompt. So why doesn't it work with ACL?

Thanks
