Re: draining fuel?

Had some fun with this. Spent a good few hours last month and failed quite miserably with the car blocking a friends garage and unable to start.

We towed it up half a steep hill with a greatly underpowered 90horses laguna before rolling it back down infront of somone elses garage.... where it stayed..

2 weeks later we found the missing vacumme/air hose on the intake and managed to get it started again and put it back in its garage. Where it be now. At which point we hadnt re attached the plastic cover ontop of the fuel pump which also has a nice function of holding the fuel pipes in. Hence they flew out and sprayed about 3 liters of fuel around the boot.

Id like to use the pump to get the fuel out however the pump connections wont like being disconnected. If I used the fuel rail Im not sure which end is supply and return and one connector is very ridged - pita to get back on as it requires removing half of the intake components to give it enough freedom of movement...
