is q-tec really bad? i have a 500w one that i bought from my local store for £20

doubt its a CM, dont nvidia green stacker cases come in that box?.
There are limits to what are budget and just lower prices, i have a xclio here with voltages good and performance is great, very reliable and so for paying alot less than corsair when i bought this i think its good. Corsair are probably the next psu i look into if i ever need one though,.
