Re: My new photo site is up and running, feedback gratefully accepted

As an Online Marketer, my view is you want to SEO [Search Engine Optimise] this baby.
  • Firstly, give it a title, maybe: <title>Tangram Studio Photography</title>
  • Way too many keywords, keep it to 5. Take all the extra ones and add them to your about us page a paragraph or 3 with all them in there instead. And then rename about us, to about your name, the company name etc
  • Write a description 10 - 15 words
  • Take off the stat counter
  • Go grab yourself Google Analytics and upload that to view who's coming and going to your site
  • Give your alt names a bit more detail, 'Good photo of Otter looking at camera' etc
    - use the word good or great, because a heck of a lot of people will use these terms when searching for photographers
  • Also change the header title of the site from an image to text [wrap it in a H1 tag too]
  • Just noticed your current H1 tag wraps loads of text and links, replace it with a <p> and have Welcome to Tangram Studios Photography wrapped in a <h1> [then swap it to a <h2> if you change your title image]

There just my thoughts, hope they'll help.

Nice photos too
