comes with a lil Tamron lens, worthwhile bundle? well i guess its better then the kit lens...
By my reckoning, that's £90 for the Tamron and a 4Gb card (normally Jessops have laughable pricing on media, typically 4 times what you can get it for elsewhere). It's an ok lens, and for that price, you won't lose much value when the time comes to upgrade. Still, that leaves you only £70 shy of your limit, and you have no flash and no lens that qualifies as 'properly good' (i.e. sharp and fast aperture - a 50mm F1.8 EFII [Canon] is always a good option for filling both these criteria).

You seem to have a reasonable idea of what you want, which is important - just don't ever spend too much on consumer grade lenses. I'd recommend a flash - perhaps Bobster can point you in the direction of cheap Canon flashes, I'm ignorant of that system.
