I got 4GB for £50 from scan (about £6 off with today only), hasnt arrived yet, but even tho i may not be using 64 bit, the extra 1.5gb is worth it, especially the fact its cheap. If you compare 2x1gb and 2x2gb the 2x2gb will be cheaper.
