well i couldn't solve the problem so i did a system restore and guess what... that adobe thing doesn't bother me no more!!!

GoNz0 i dont know what that is etheir but the log pasted is before i did a system restore. That .exe file doesn't show up no more.

Here is the current log which show that lphcecoj0ep32.exe is not presented.
