No - it's not. Comparing VHS to DVD is like comparing an Xbox1 on a 14" Green Screen fishbowl monitor to an Xbox360 on HDMI set to 1080P.......
Comparing HDMI to VGA @ 1080p is like comparing...... two expensive DVD players that are very similar :S There's bugger all in it! And i'd put a fiver on 95% of you lot not being able to tell the difference in a proper blind test
