Hi,
Download all of MMC 9.16. The DVD Decoder probably won't install, but do this: Install the UCI package first, then the XCode. It will tell you that it can't find a required product. Don't worry. Go to C:\ATI\XCode folder and install the packages from there separately. Then install the 9.16 MMC and reboot when it tells you to. When you return to Windows, if it's XP with SP3, right-click on the shortcut to the ATI TV and use Comptability Mode for 98/Me and you should be good to go. It worked for me.
