On behalf of Hexus, I'd personall like to apologise mate. This is so NOT the attitiude we like to foster here on the forums. We pride ourselves on our friendliness & helpfulnss to EVERYONE! I'm sorry you had to suffer this as your initial experience, I do hope his doesn't totally disuade you from comming back.
And to all above, no matter how you percieve the question, the first law of Hexus is Help when needed should be forthcoming at ALL times. This request was a plain & pertinent request for help in a perfectly legal action as far as we are concerned. We are (the mod team) collectively ashamed.
