IN9 32X-Max and the Q9550

I upgraded my CPU today from a Q6600 to a Q9550.

I have the latest bios installed via floppy method. For the Q9550 install, I reset bios by removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes, then made adjustments to the bios. I assume that it's normal for this board to not recognize the Q9550 but still shows the 2833Mhz speed. Since this CPU was in the supported list I figured it would OC. I have it stable at stock speeds but cannot seem to get it to OC and hope there is someone who can help me.

System specs:
IN9 32X-Max (bios 15)
Q9550 E0 w/Zalman 9500
G-Skill 2x2GB DDR2 800 4-4-4-12 (Do I need faster memory to OC my CPU?)
Vista Ultimate 64

What are the correct uguru bios settings for OC'ing a Q9550 on a IN9 32X-Max? Linked? Unlinked? etc... I need help.

If I need to provide more info please let me know.

Thank you,

Jon
