see shockingly, o2's customer service on their broadband for me was excellent, best ISP support i have EVER had, 24/7 call centers in England, managed to speak to knowledgeable people who actually gave a crap about my problem. Shame my copper line is so bad i had to move to cable in the end... Thanks BT |
