| Re: FFS orange and their backwards website Orange are a terrible company. They messed my mum's telephone line up to the point where we had to re order the line as the account was so messed up BT had to delete it and start again (orange took the calls without asking but did it without the database showing that it had been done) they are still charging my girlfriend for her contract 4 months after cancellation (different amounts ever time) and they refuse to do anything about it. Its looking like we may need to take them to court! |
