When I've changed to ACPI in the past on my P45 board, I just forcefuly replaced the regular SATA drivers with the ICH10R ACPI drivers, accepting the Windows warning that the drivers weren't designed for the device, then rebooted & enabled ACPI in the BIOS. It worked fine for me, dunno about everyone else. |
