We could post pages about this and never agree. I simply think that when you knowingly take the risk of parking illegally and are caught you should just deal with it. As I posted a few back, I was once booked in utterly farcical circumstances but my appeal was turned down and I just had to get on with it and put it down to experience, these things happen. |
