what did the BSOD say?
when you flash you reset all the BIOS parameters, did you set everything back to what it should be (e.g. I see that you are running 4 DIMMS - did you increase VMCH at all?)?

The simple fact is that the nvidia 650i SLI is a pretty poor/touchy chipset - it doesn't really like running 4 DIMMS & the 333 default fsb of your quad is about all that you will get out of any 650i SLI mobo with a quad.
Youi also may want to check the chipset/VRM temps as they'll also tend to run very hot with a quad @333fsb.

You don't appear to be running SLI so you might want to consider keeping the CPU but getting a P35/P45 mobo instead of the FP-IN9 SLI.
