| It could be overheating... for months I get getting blue screens referring to "usbport.sys" when playing games , or doing anything cpu intensive. Of course I went through the usual - updating drivers, reinstalling xp, removing usb devices etc.
Then one day I reseated my cpu and it magically it all stopped - the only thing I can think of that I did was applying to thick a layer of thermal compound. My temps dropped by around fifteen degrees after I reseated.
So check your temps. And BSODS dont really give agreat deal away so It may not be anything to do with what it refers to...
