So i've had my computer for about a week now, and it's fantastic.
However,
I've had some problems getting through to Scan about some refunds i'm owed due to last minute changes, as well as the fact that they didn't deliver 2 of the things I ordered, a mouse and a copy of BF3.

I've emailed them multiple times and gotten no reply, so i'm posting here to see if anyone will actually take a look.

I asked them to cancel the mouse and BF3, and also had no reply.
