    Wink inter8ection's - 3XS P55 OC Custom Series

New to this forum, so first of all saying hello

I have sent an email request for some build pictures if you have time, which by the way is an awesome addition to an already awesome service. Especially for people like us who geek out over details.

While I await build/pictures/delivery, I had a few general questions and feedback requests regarding my build (which I have posted below).
    • Since I wanted a build with a good balance of value-to-performance, I went for the Scan 3XS Custom Series, which surprised me with its high end, low price, base configuration.
    • I picked the Cosmos case because the Hexus reviews indicated it was likely to be quieter than the Cosmos S, with fewer fans and its acoustic material on the side panels. Is anyone able to estimate how loud this build is likely to be, especially with the O/C?
    • Splashed out on an SSD, for silence and speed. After reading reviews of Windows 7 boot up times, the bottleneck now seems to be the mobo post time, does anyone know specifically how to reduce this on the MSI P55-GD65? I have read about a new Phoenix BIOS which posts in 1.5 seconds, but I don't think MSI use that.

    Thanks,
    Christopher
    • Case: Coolermaster RC-1000 Cosmos

Which comes to just over £1700.

EDIT: Also wanted to note the incredibly good value offered by 3XS, building this myself would have cost £1655 inc. delivery.

What a beauty, the cable management and build aesthetic look superb!

Please pass on my thanks to everyone in the 3XS team, and thank you so much the incredible array of pictures (I looked up Krispy Kremes btw, but they don't deliver, boo).

Optimus Prime is keeping my CPU cool

What temperatures did you hit in the stress test by the way?

    Glad you like the build

Its just finishing QC now, we can have it with you tomorrow

Shame about the Kremes haha, the system maxed at 80degrees under 100% load, we have about 6 screen shots of your system on test on the desktop for you to look at

    Happy Days
