ok well world of warcraft seems to be eating my 512 memory alive and leaving me standing there while i get chomped to death by horde
so ive decided to upgrade... now for the questions.
im using a
EPOX EP-8RDA+, and that supports dual memory kits right?
So i was thinking of getting something like...
OCZ Platinum EL Dual Channel Kit 2x512MB PC3200 CL 2-3-2-5
Something along those lines... 2x512, PC3200, 333/400MHz. Since my board should support upto that. Would that kinda kit be ok for the board? or is it alittle "too" much for it to handle.
Also, the manual isnt exactly very clear on what slots dual memory are supposed to go in, so alittle help there too would be much appreicated! like it says #1 and #2or#3 if your using 128 bit or #2 and #3 if using 64 bit... well thats confusing to start off with since i cant see anything to switch between the 2.
Aight, appreciate the help cause dont want to order this stuff, then it not run and then be using overly expensive paper weights
